MEET CLIFFORD WALKER
(A.K.A THE COWBOY CLOSER)

He was a long-haul truck driver spending hours driving from destination to destination. He felt unhealthy, exhausted, and absent from the very people he was working so hard for. One day, while driving, he stumbled across a podcast about real estate investing. His interest was immediately sparked and the rest is history.

Within three months Clifford was able to quit his job and begin a new, rewarding career as a full time real estate investor!

"I AM A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR!"

Those were the words of affirmation that Clifford uttered to himself after attending his first masterclass. He said "In order to be it, he had to believe it," so he hit the ground running. Naturally, there were some bumps and bruises along the way but he was determined. He had faith that he could make an impact, not only on the lives of his family, but his community, at large.

As Clifford began to close more & more deals, having a servant's heart, he couldn't keep it to himself. He felt obligated to share his experiences and mentor others to discover the possibilities of investing in real estate.
